CANCELLATION POLICY

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in a shorter treatment time and/or late fee • If you are 10–14 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added to your service total. • If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled & your deposit will be forfeited. • No extra guests are permitted at the time of your appointment unless I okay it. • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please try to provide at least 48 hours’ notice. • Any cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the loss of your deposit. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the service total. • Each service requires a non-refundable deposit that will be applied toward your service total. • A valid card must remain on file for all appointments and may be charged according to the cancellation/no-show policy. • Clients with repeated cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay in full before booking future appointments. • Lash fills require at least 40% of lash extensions remaining. Anything less may be considered a full set. • Please arrive with clean lashes/brows and no eye makeup when applicable. Excessive cleansing may cut into your appointment time. • Foreign fills are accepted with an extra fee. Depending on the condition of the existing lashes, a removal and new full set may be required. • If you are feeling sick or experiencing contagious symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. • All services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact Xclusive Touch within 72 hours so I have the opportunity to address them. • Results and retention vary from client to client based on natural hair cycles, aftercare, lifestyle, skin type, and other individual factors. • By booking an appointment with Xclusive Touch, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
